In somewhat of a sequel to last week's Power Monday, Shannaan speaks on people lacking the awareness to be original. Can you think of the reasons why you are the way you are? Are you being authentic or are you copying someone else? These are questions that must be asked if we desire to progress in life.
Is it possible to win the blame game? In a word, no. There are never any winners in the blame game. Yet, oftentimes when bad situations happen, we look for ways to explain them. This can lead to an exercise of trying to find someone to blame but today, Shannaan discusses why blaming isn't the answer.
The "land of the free and home of the brave" is a phrase we know by heart. Yet, we assume that we are entitled to receive certain services for free. Why is that? What makes us value some services and transactions over others? Today Shannaan talks about the idea of "free" and the importance of expectations, what we value, and why he charges to help people become debt free.
We see it all the time. Gofundme, indiegogo, "click here to donate." Whether via the internet, robocalls, or the old fashion face to face convo, there are a variety of ways for people to put their hand out and ask for money. It's easier to believe that this is how we can build our business but how much are people willing to risk and sacrifice to invest in their business. We have to ask ourselves "how much am I willing to sacrifice" before we stick our hand out because when we invest in our own business, we don't become dependent on others. Today, Shannaan talks about why it's important to forego asking for money and making the decision to do as much as possible without the aid of other people's money.
